Warunki Balu Apartments
Terms of the provision of services at Balu Apartments
valid for 2017/2018 period
Hotel is committed to book the room for the customer based on the order (made via telephone, e-mail), if allowed by the capacity and commits to confirm the reservation in written form, via phone or e-mail.
II. Withdrawal from the contract, cancellation policy
The reservation is cancelled only upon a written notice (by registered letter, telegram, e-mail, etc.). Contract cancellation takes place upon the document takeover by the hotel. The customer has the right to cancel his stay any time after the order and is required to pay the following cancellation fees:
- 3 days and more upon arrival – 0% of the total amount
- 2- 0 days upon arrival – 100% of the total amount
Reception confirms the cancellation receipt within 24 hours. The client must always ask the hotel reception to confirm the cancellation, as the cancellation evidence. In the event of early termination or interruption of stay without Balu Apartments fault, there is no obligation on the side of Balu Apartment to reimburse the whole amount paid for the stay or its part. Balu Apartments does not charge cancellation fees when the client cancels his order or does not show up only in case of serious illness or resident‘s death (must be documented). The cancellation fee will not be charged if the reservation is canceled by Balu Apartments.
III. NON-REFUNDABLE RESERVATIONS
If cancelled, modified or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. PAYMENT CONDITION of non refundable reservations: the total price of the reservation will be charged (from creditcard) on the day of booking.
